Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch your order. Please check your supply size and plan carefully before you order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if there's a pricing error or we can't verify payment.

Subscriptions

A subscription renews on the cadence you chose at 10% off the one-time price, and ships free. You can skip, pause, change cadence or cancel from your account at any time before the next renewal; there is no minimum term.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment securely at checkout, and for subscriptions at each renewal. We try to keep prices and product information accurate; where we spot an error we'll let you know before dispatch.

Use of the product

Read the leaflet before first use. Not for use if pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with a pharmacist or GP first.

Delivery & returns

Delivery and returns are set out in our shipping & returns policy and don't affect your statutory rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so; otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order.
