Here's how your order reaches you — and what happens if something isn't right.
Dispatch
Every order is dispatched within 24 hours on working days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.
Delivery
- Free UK shipping on orders over £35 — and on every subscription box, whatever its size.
- Tracked 48h is standard; next-day is available at checkout.
- Ireland and the EU: tracked, 3–6 working days. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
Ninety days from delivery, any condition — even an opened bottle. Email us your order number from the contact page and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds land within 5 working days of the return reaching us. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Subscriptions
Skip, pause, change cadence or cancel from your account in one tap. Changes apply to your next box; there's no minimum term and no fee.
Problems with your order?
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us and we'll put it right — replacement or refund, your call.
